I am lot of years in the hi-tech industry, as an entrepreneur.
The need of a product manager is obvious, he should understand the project, ask the right questions to make sure all is clear, write is all in a proper way, and make sure it will be done by communicating the relevant departments – research, development, QA and more…
But, since I started to work with Vasil, I have never seen a person that can fill this role in a way Vasil does it! Vasil is the prototype of a product manager. Vasil is very smart, ask the right question, and the methods and procedures of his work are amazing! He is very organized and will make sure the project will move in the right direction. Vasil takes full responsibility and is a soul player, like every company wants. Because Vasil is into the business organizational structure, and learn this on his spare time, he can take other roles if needed – project manager, scram master, even complete project manager (which is the role we gave Vasil eventually).
Vasil is an asset to every company, and I am sure we will work again in the future.
